It was horrible after 1 year I am still not able to use my second floor bathroom due to faulty construction. He did not pull any permits do there were no infections done during the construction. He lied to me about this. Electrical outlets were put in with just the wires loose and twisted together not even a box. If I had not hired newington electric to fix so of this electrical work my house could have burned down. The tile work on the floors is a mess. He did the walls after the floors against my wishes and the joint compound us now stuck in the grout. The dark grout is all discolored. He was suppose to put recess lighting in the livingroom while installing the upstairs floor but forgot to do that so he had to reimburse me for that expense. He argued over a contract and says his work is under warentee it is not. He lied again. I and suing to have the money paid to him reimbursed so I can fix all the messes he left. Worked showed up late or not at all. Then when they did it was with broken down cars I'm my driveway. Please do not get ripped off the same way I did. This was a complete horror show.
