M&L Quality Painting was the definition of professionalism and quality. They showed up promptly every morning and were respectful of our space and time. Communicating with them was fantastic as it was seamlessly done through text messaging and I got answers right away. They stayed on schedule and cleaned up every evening before leaving. They took pride in their work and it showed. They sanded the walls and patched absolutely everything - in an older home there are a lot of imperfections and they did a wonderful job making it look brand new. Attention was paid to every detail; from the window trim and not hurting the hardware (they'd take off and put back on) to the closets which while one could consider minor looked fabulous with a fresh coat of paint. We found some old, glass doors stored in the attic which had turned yellow and they didn't just paint but cleaned with bleach to make sure they were properly done and then painted them. They now look beautiful in our living room entrance way. I've recommended them to family members and friends and everyone I know has been very pleased with their work.

Great quality work! I bought an old house that needed a good amount of work, M&L quality painting was able to do many projects both on the exterior and interior of the house. They power washed my 2 family house, getting all the mold and mildew off. On my porch they replaced several glass panels, sanded, primed, reglazed and painted 10 windows. On the interior they patched imperfections in the walls then painted the walls, trim, and ceilings of both units. Several ceilings needed to be skim coated and M&L did a great job with this, the ceilings look amazing! They pay attention to detail, even offered to remove old paint that had gotten on some of the wood trim around doors and windows from previous paintings to make the house look perfect. Good work, good prices, timely service!

Gave us a reasonable price specified the paint they would use. We wanted the best paint. Told us upfront how the job would be done step by step and how long would it take.Started the job on time as promised  Work hard almost non-stop. Protected all surfaces and floors. Every day after work picked up all tools and dropclothes. Checked for quality constantly. We are very glad we gave them our job.
