They do very good work. They are professional. Reasonably priced. They always do their best in every work. Easy to deal with. They are on time.

The price was reasonable. Albert and his team came to us highly recommended from neighbors. The contract was signed in April 2018 and he said that he would be done in three weeks. Two and half months later the majority of the work was completed. The challenges were: The painting was well done but the painters neglected to use drop clothes and we have paint droplets on EVERYTHING. In addition, the painters left paint rings in the driveway from the paint can because nothing was placed underneath the can and our bricks were spray painted. In addition, his contract requested a 30%, 20%, 50% payment structure. Instead, we paid 50% upon signing the contract with the expectation of paying 50% upon completion. Albert asked for more money before completing the work. Regarding timeliness, we seldom knew which worker was coming, at what time or on which day. After the bulk of the work was completed and his primary worker left for Europe, Albert committed to come back for an afternoon to finish the tile trim, place a handle on the kitchen sink, and clean up the aforementioned paint. We have texted, phoned, and emailed Albert and received no answer. This has been VERY disappointing because Albert is a young business man. We want to support him and see him succeed.
