 + -1 moreEverything went perfectly! The shades came in exactly when Mr. Reed said they would arrive and were hung the very next day. He is one of the most personable and easy going people I have met while trying to furnish our new home. Might I also add, he was very neat - no mess left - and took away any cardboard, wrappings etc. I would highly recommend going to Joe Cornfield's. Rest assured, you will not be disappointed.
Description of Work: We went to purchase shades for our new home. In a day of big box stores where service is poor or there isn't any one to wait on you, Mr. Reed was extremely knowledgable about his product and could cite differences between the product we bought and other vendors. He was more than patient explaining the functions / qualities of the shades that I was looking out. Once our decision was made,, he came to our home, did all the measuring, and assisted with the color selection.

 + -1 moreJerry, the woner, has more than 20 years of experience in window treatments and wall coverings, so when I needed window treatments fpor my windows, I went to him instinctively. His store has a reputation in Greater hartford forhaving the best proces on window coverings and wall coveringds. He helped me throughout the entire process: selection, pricing and installation. He was by far the lowest price among three vendors I priced out. Dealing with Jerry was very easy and he is very knowlegeable. Would definitely do business again. Highly recommended.
