Jenny's Cleaning Service

I was happy to find someone local to clean my house. Jenny came to see and assess my home and understood that my husband was diagnosed with cancer and I needed help. she gave me a price of $75 an hour and said it would be 3 hours, or $225 every other week. she never ever showed up with the same people. She chose the times and dates. I had to supply all cleaning supplies. She rudely said to me, "the other houses I clean are pristine". what does that mean? I put everything away and the house is normal wear and tear... nothing crazy. They do not have to clean up toys, books, papers ...none of that. She got into a groove with us and then said she needed 30% more money! $100 an hour! completely unprofessional and rude for VERY sub par cleaning. Time to move on and find true professionals who know how to clean

Excellent start to finish

Jenny was very good. She worked with another woman who, we felt, was too rough on our house and didn't follow instructions very well. There was a bit of a language problem with the Jenny's helper. We were clear up front what cleaning products we wanted used and we were given a hard time about what was furnished.

Very well, very thorough

Jenny was able to fit me in at the last minute. We were moving into a new home that needed a lot of work, and the team did a great job! The two people that cleaned covered a lot in just under 6 hours.

Jenny's team did a good job of cleaning our apartment during our move out.

They came on time.  They were veryprofessional and they got right to work.  In the end the place was awesome.  It smelled great and I was confident that it was done to my satisfaction.  In addition, I needed some help with putting up my curtains and Jen helped me with that as well.  They are wonderful and I am planning to use their services for many years to come.  Thank you Jen!!!

Jenny personally came out the very next day (Friday) to take a look at the condo and complete an estimate for the amount of work I wanted to be done. Cleaning appointment was scheduled for the very next business day (Monday). Jenny was very professional in her assessment of my home; she was not judgmental.
Jenny and her team were very punctual and efficient. They came exactly the time she said they would! They brought all of their cleaning supplies and vacuum. Since I had requested a deep cleaning, there were 3 team members. They arrived at 8 am - quickly divided up responsibilities and sections of the condo. Jenny briefed them on my specific instructions for some items and areas for cleaning.
They started and never stopped the entire time they were there! 
Dusting and cleaning of all shelves and kitchen counters - with removal and cleaning of the objects on theses surfaces.
Thorough vacuuming of the furniture and carpeting; full bathroom cleaning. They dusted walls and washed them. They shined the wood floors. My kitchen counters sparkle- actually my whole house sparkles and smells terrific.
They even did little efficient things for organization on my counters, that I never thought of!
I have made an appointment for a regular cleaning for next week. (My friend also commented on the great job and plans to hire them herself for a deep clean and other cleaning.)
Conclusion: Excellent service; Jenny listened carefully to what I wanted to be done as well as doing her own professional assessment- no surprises or extra costs.  Very good value for the thoroughness of the work they did and the fact it was a 3 person team.

Jenny came and toured the house and gave me the price.  She was very specific about what would be included (just about everything except inside of fridge and oven).  Two days later she came with a helper and they did an excellent job.

We were in the midst of a move from CT to AZ and wanted our house spotless before we placed it on the market.  I called Jenny's Cleaning and she came out (very promptly) and gave us a quote.  We asked her if she coud come out the day after the movers had loaded our stuff so the house would be emplty.  That was the original plan but the moving company messed up and didn't arrive on the day they were supposed to.  I called Jenny immediately to see if we culd reschedule one day out (that was the last time we would be around before going to AZ).  Jenny did all she could to accommodate us but was not able to do that day.  So we came up with her coming on the day we had planned on and hopefully the movers would be almost done with their piece when Jenny came out.  Unfortunately the movers were still there and stuff was everywhere.  Jenny took it all in stride and just cleaned around them.  Jenny and her co-worker did all that I asked for and then some.  VERY PLEASED with Jenny's professionalism, work eithic and promptness.  I would definitely recmmend her!

She charges on an hourly basis. That depends on what she does. There is no separate fee. She is just a very good cleaner. I think the level of her cleaning is very thorough and very good. She is not cheap, but she will do any cleaning services you want her to do.

My wife had a severe injury when hit as a pedestrian in a grocery store parking lot. Many months of hospitalization and physical therapy followed. She couldn't physically do a lot of household tasks without pain and difficulty.
When Spring cleaning time came, we decided to use Angie's list to look for assistance. Jenny was highly rated and very professional on the bidding and interview process. She gave us an attractive price for a complete Spring cleaning. Jenny and her staff did an amazingly complete and though job. Top notch!
Since then we have Jenny do a light cleaning twice a month.
She is reliable, timely and always on time.We are totally satisfied with Jenny's service and expect to plan a full Fall cleaning.
We have peace of mind with her service and my with truly enjoys Jenny's assistance which I think improves my wife's total quality of life.
