They did alright. I didn't checked them out, I could have asked for more than what I paid. It seems pretty fair because they only got two windows and I checked them out, I could've have four windows, if I had another $200.00. The price is a rip off. They're over priced.

As far as speed, I would say maybe "B" instead of an "A".  I understand their problem, because you have to go in to the cashier, you have to say you'd like to buy the tank, and then the cashier is going to find somebody to come and go to the outside. It's a tank-swap deal, and so they have the key to unlock the tank. Couple of times it's been a long wait. Well, I was impatient, but it was longer than I kind of expect it. I know I can count on them to have the product.

THE INSTALLATION WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE NOT MESSY IN DOING THE JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL FROM DOING THE INSPECTION TO THE PRICE AND INSTALLING THE DOOR. THEY GAVE ME NOTHING MORE THAN WHAT I NEEDED.

IT WAS A DISASTER. THEY BROUGHT A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CARPET THEN THE ONE THAT I ORDERED AND THEN I HAD TO WAIT TWO WEEKS TO BE ABLE TO GET MY CARPET PUT IN. THEY GAVE ME A 10% DISCOUNT ON MY NEXT PURCHASE AND NOT ON THE CARPET ITSELF.

WE HAVE USED HOME DEPOT SEVERAL DIFFERENT TIMES AND THEY ARE SOMETIMES SLOW TO RESPOND. IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET SOMEONE OUT TO MEASURE THE CARPET THAT NEEDED TO BE LAID. THE ACTUAL CARPET INSTALLATION ITSELF WAS VERY GOOD.

I WAS COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED WITH THE WORK THEY PERFORMED. THE GUY THAT TRIED TO FIX IT HAD NO IDEA WHAT HE WAS DOING. I FEEL LIKE I SHOULD HAVE NEVER CALLED THEM BECAUSE I PROBABLY COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB.
