I'm Marc Cowan. I created the Highland Window Company LLC. in 2002. After 8 years of window and siding sales and production experience, I joined with my partner who has been installing windows and siding for over 25 years. We provide the highest quality windows and siding available today, at the lowest prices, with the best service and warranty in the business. We understand that our business has been, and will be, built on serving our customers needs. We build a relationship, which includes every customer having my home telephone number for easy contact. With our award winning Alside window and siding products, you can be sure your project will be done right the first time. We can install our windows from the exterior, the benefit being no damage to your interior woodwork. We work very hard to ensure your complete satisfaction. In fact, your final payment isn't due until you are completely satisfied with our work, and have carried out a full inspection with myself.

We shopped around before finding Marc and Highland Windows and once we met Marc and heard how he runs his business and saw his reasonable prices we were sold! Highland Windows has been the most pleasant, easy experience working with a contractor that weâ ve ever had. Marc responds very quickly to texts or calls. Heâ s very professional, as is his team. The product and service they provide is unmatched. I would hands down reconnect Highland Windows to anyone.

I recently purchased a home that have Harvey classic windows. Several of the windows had catches that were no longer attached which prevented us from opening them. Although the windows were NOT purchased and installed by the Highland Window Company , I spoke to Marc and he offered to come out and look at them. Marc, again fixed all the issues and also provided guidance on how to resolve should the catches detach again. He did not charge for the service he provided or the time it took even though I attempted to pay, he refused. It is remarkable and rare that a company who did not sell the product or install it, would agree to take the time to look at the issue, most will not even speak with you if they did not install the window. If we ever need to replace our Harvey windows, we will definitely, call Marc and utilize the Highland window company.

Marc Cowen provides an outstanding product and outstanding service at a competitive price. His installer, Alex is an outstanding technician, patiently recreating window and eve detailing on our 100 year old home. Marc even repaired some existing flashing and other issues at no additional cost. Could not be happier. You should definitely call Highland..........you won't regret it.

Marc & his crew were very thorough. We had six windows replaced (out of a total of 24 in the house). They had to rebuild sills around the some of the windows being replaced and I think ended up with more than they planned with one set of windows in particular. All in all we are very please with the end results & hope to continue with some more window replacements in 2016.

I would like to retract my last review. Mark read my review and promptly called to address my Problems with the work previously performed. the crew came and rebuilt the Porches and Stairs to proper specification. I am now very happy with the work ! Mark is a stand up guy and stands behind his work. Ill be hiring him again.

the installer did an average job on the siding. they also installed my windows, storm doors and rebuilt porch and stairs. the front stairs were made of composite materials and after over a year they are falling apart. the storms doors were removed and replaced twice. still one storm binds. I have to hire another construction company to repair the work they did.

Sales representative honestly compared various products aiding in our decision to go with Highland with no high pressure sales pitch which we received from several other companies that we invited to quote. We felt we were getting the best product for the best price. We had nearly 20 windows installed by a very professions crew who showed up on time, worked steadily all day. All crew members were courteous highly skilled. Customer Service was outstanding. We are 100% satisfied with the product, the workmanship and complete experience dealing with Highlight Windows.

We hoped to have the new windows installed before the move into our new house. Highland Window Company rearranged their work schedule to accommodate us and one day before we moved in they worked all day and got the job done. The crew that worked on our house could not be a nicer group of guys so it was a pleasure to have them there the entire day. Their attention to detail especially the cleanup at the end of the day was superb. There was no rushing out - they were going to be there until everything was cleaned up and perfect. I was also very impressed by their sales staff and front office - they stayed in touch and made sure I was happy

They have not begun work yet, but so far we were highly impressed with Mark and his customer service. He explained the product and the process very thoroughly and the price was very competitve. His company offers financing and a lifetime warranty on the product which was not matched by other companies. He was professional but not pushy and we feel very comfortable with the company. We are excited to begin the project!

Marc contacted me and we set an appointment. He was on TIME,very knowledgeable about the products that were required for my condo.Timing was everything in this job,he was spot on. JR and the crew were very polite, worked very quietly and quickly. Having a condo you never know what challenges you will fall into,but they were ready for it all. They finished the job even though it started to snow. Their main concern was to complete the job even if the weather was not the best. I have had my share of companies, and this one did everything that they said they would. GREAT COMPANY WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!! Thank you for a job well done.

The installation was done carefully and well. It was good that the crew had experience in removing our type of old aluminum windows. Marc did well at presenting the replacement windows. He was also patient because it took a longer time for the condo association to approve the new windows than we expected. I'd like to give Highland 4.5 stars. The only reason for less than 5 stars is that there was a little soil tracked onto the carpet and some small bits of wood left behind that we didn't notice until the next day (it was dark when the installation was finished) -- but that is minor when compared to the overall quality of the installation.

I'm sorry it has taken me so long to enter a rating. This project consisted on replacing all windows on a 3 BR Garrision Colonial and also replacing shutters on the front and sides of the house. Mark did a great job of describing the product and the process for installing the windows. The workers completed the installation in one day for the windows, but had to return another day to complete the shutters. I am very pleased with the installation and quality of the windows. The windows being replaced had triple track storm windows and were very drafty and hard to clean. The new windows are air tight and very easy to clean.

The Siding and Windows that was installed are An excelent product and the installers did A great job.My only Problem that I didnt care for was the gutters leaf guards system I 'm not to impressed by them because on heavy rain the water runs off the front or over the guards and I experienced Icycles through the front and back sides of the house this winter.
