+ -1 moreThe dry cleaning went fine...but I've never had a remarkably good or bad experience at *any* cleaner I've used: maybe that's a good thing. What I wasn't thrilled with was my experience of having a bridesmaid dress altered by one of their seamstresses. This was an off-and-then-on out-of-state wedding, and I needed the dress in a hurry. The fitting appointment went well enough, but the shop itself was a little dingy and sparse. I'm pleased that they were able to fit me in, but the quality of the hemming on the smooth satin dress was poor: it was plainly obvious that the dress had been taken up, and the stitching was visible.
Description of Work: I've used French Cleaners for dry cleaning services and also to have a bridesmaid dress altered.

+ -1 moreThey do an excellent job. The clothes come back clean, and they look good. Everything is always ready when it's supposed to be. If you're in a rush, they can get things back to you fast.
Description of Work: I took my clothes in to French Cleaners to have them dry cleaned.
