This was the last place I checked on my diamond search and realised that this place was ment to be. I returned many times to check their inventory and was surprised that they were so patient (unlike other jewelers). At the end I purchased a beautiful diamond engagement ring and received a great engagement present from them, which I was not expecting to get.
When time came to adjust the ring after I proposed, Bill listened to my fiance and how much she loved the ring that he suprsied her the next day when the ring was adjusted (standard was 3 business days). EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Please give them a chance, I bet you will enjoy your visit
