Customer service was awful. Whenever we called the store, the manager in charge could not answer our questions and always referred us to someone else. She didn't have enough basic knowledge to even answer our simple questions. The scheduler only called once, so we never knew what time the workers would show up at the house. When we called to complain about the unfinished product (the 2 floorboards mentioned above), we were told that no one would be able to come out for a while and we would have to wait. It was even questioned whether there was a problem- she seemed to think I was just too picky. She told me she would leave a message for the boss, but no one ever called me back. I didn't get anywhere until I sent a scathing email to the owner of the company. To sum it up, we won't hire Dalene again and do not recommend them to friends and family.
