We get compliments from everyone who sees the new shower. It looks modern and attractive. The only drawback was that it took several months to complete the job because there was a lot of time between the various phases. Fortunately we were able to use another shower in our house.

They were very neat and kept their impact on our family lives to a minimum. Each day they cleaned up after themselves. We were also very pleased with their attention to detail. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my colleagues, friends and neighbors.

It was a very small bathroom and I was not well so I couldn't go place to place to choose everything and find the people to do it. I went in to CT Shower & Bath LLC and told her what I wanted, the next time I went in she had it all planned out exactly how I wanted it. I had no worries and it was gorgeous and couldn't be any nicer! They are the best people to work with, they're always available, and if you call they always call you back right away. They are just wonderful.

Sales staff was really friendly and helpful.  Installer was nice.  There was a problem with the metal trim around the doors being different colors.  The replacement top also did not match. A different style top bar was ordered and the color was better.  The installer agreed that the metal trim was not matching.  I had to really fight to get this resolved.  The owner's attitude was, I don't make these, I just sell them, what do you want me to do about this, call the manufacturer yourself. Odd for a dealer and installer.

From the very beginning we worked with Steve Vendetta, owner.  He listened to what we wanted to do to renovate our existing main bathroom.  He and the contractor, Dan Martin, visited us in the beginning to see what would need to be done to take out existing features and install the newly designed bathroom.  Steve presented us with detailed plans which we modified a few times before agreeing to a plan.  Our new bathroom truly is our "spa" and the decor fits in extremely well with our cabin home.  Dan Martin and his subcontractors were excellent.  Dan let us know if advance what to expect and was readily available if we had any concerns.  We all agree this project was fun and different, being in a log cabin and having to work around the cabin structure.

We are very pleased with CT Shower & Bath's products and services. Sometimes it took a few days to get responses to questions, but we weren't in a hurry so it wasn't a problem for us. The sales rep didn't try to oversell us, and gave us exactly what we wanted. Their installer was very efficient, professional and helpful with suggestions on how to keep the metal door frames free of calcium deposits and build-up which is horrible in our town. We've also had them to our house in the past to do small repairs on other items and we were very pleased with his work. We would definitely go back to CT Shower and Bath for future improvements to our home.

They installed two sets of shower doors in our two upstairs bathrooms.  They are beautiful and work perfectly.

I had originally planned to just replace my shower door, but when the man came out to measure, he told me I had a lot of loose tiles which needed repair first.  This gradually evolved into a complete bathroom remodel.  After the tiling was complete, I went out to CT Shower and Bath and picked out my enclosure.  At this time I specified that I wanted the door to swing inward only, as an outward swing would cause the door to hit the toilet in the small room.  When the man came to measure, I repeated this and, when this was not indicated on the sales slip, I phoned.  Well, the enclosure has been installed and the door swings in BOTH directions (a concern for me with grandchildren who might forget).  Only after the enclosure was installed did the installer inform me that an inward only door was "against code."  If I had known this in advance, I probably would still have gotten the same enclosure, but I certainly would have appreciated being honestly informed to begin with.

Overall the services and products provided by CT Shower and Bath were excellent.

They came out promptly to measure the door.  I adjusted the order slightly after visiting their showroom.  The pricing was a bit opaque but nevertheless satisfactory.  The installer came on-time and installed the door professionally, leaving no mess.  Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, and the new shower door looks great!

From the time that i started looking for design help Steve was very helpful, knowledgable and helped move this along to get things done with a minimum of disruption during the process. I woulld use them again without a second thought.

My 30+ year old original framed sliders were showing their age and the sharp and narrow frame tracks were difficult to keep clean. I comparison shopped at three different shower enclosure designers. CT Shower & Bath's selection, presentation, prices and all-inclusive services were impressive. CT Shower & Bath professionals came to my home to measure the spaces; I ordered two 3/8 inch thick Easco Image Plus slider sets which took about 3 weeks to arrive. I scheduled a removal and delivery appointment one week later. The installer arrived on time, removed old sliders from the premises and installed the new frameless doors. The quality of the new doors, installation/removal work and impeccable clean-up were superb. I highly recommend CT Shower & Bath to others.
