 + -1 moreCore Support is absolutely knowledgeable about all aspects of Macintosh computing. Phil helped me upgrade my computer OS from nine to ten, spent five or six hours backing up, testing and upgrading the system. Everything worked beautifully, including his advice. Since my first experience, I have called for advice repeatedly, and he always gets back to me with answers.
Description of Work: For Macintosh users only! Phil helped me upgrade my computer operating system, provided advice on software, virus protection, backup systems. He told me where to buy the software to get the best price. He even came to my digital prepress class to teach my students about computer care. He does work for schools and advertising agencies, but he came to my home office to do the work on my computer. Great service, even though I'm a one-person operation.
