Everything went extremely well. Ruth took measurements, got back to me with 4 different suggestions with prices. She sent photos so I could see what each looked liked. I made a choice and approximately 4 weeks later the installer put up the valence. He was prompt and efficient and very pleasant.
It was delightful working with them.
I even had a problem with the track of a shade coming off the window. Ruth sent out someone to make the repair.

The owner visited our home personally (with samples of everything) and sent out materials concerning the options available in advance so that we could begin to familiarize ourselves with the product line. We chose a variety of window treatments; some room darkening for instance, others not, some light filtering, some (bathrooms) mildew resistant. The installation was smooth and in advance of the holidays as promised. The only problem we had was with the room darkening shades in the master bedroom. Each of those blinds was replaced without question and in a timely fashion. We will and already have recommended Budget Blinds of West Hartford to family and friends (who were very impressed with what they saw in our home). Thanks Budget Blinds!

Tom is the owner of this franchise. I have used him several times for vertical and horizontal blinds. His is prompt and courteous. The installer does a great job in record time. They clean up after themselves. Tom is always up on the latest improvements in window treatments. It is always a pleasure doing business with him. Most of his products come with a lifetime guarantee. I will be using him many more times in the future. There is a discount with coupons or by being a repeat customer.

Ruth brought a lot of nice samples and were helpful picking the right colors and materials for me. She understood my concern of price and gave me a detailed comparison of cost for different curtains. After I made the decision, a place was ordered.
The curtains came and I wasn't 100% satisfied with the length (due to my rods and floor, not their fault). Ruth and her assistant Sandy made extra efforts to fix the situation and made sure I was happy.
My dining room and living room look beautiful with the curtains they provided.

I did not cost anything to have them come out to the house. They were great when they came out to the house and they were very helpful. They had a great selection of things. The woman that came out was very helpful and had a large selection of things. The order got messed up; the blinds that came in were the wrong size, so we are just waiting for the blinds to come in. I would use them again.

We waited 7 years to do this. In the meantime we had many estimates that were way too expensive with no company actually able to figure out what to do with the angled wall. It was a relief to get the product we needed quickly and at a very reasonable price!

A consultant came to my home and measured my windows, showed me samples of various styles and fabrics. She gave me a detailed estimate as to cost and time for installation. A couple of weeks later I was notified that my blinds were ready and scheduled a date for installation. The installers arrived at the stated time and quickly installed my blinds and reviewed with me how to use them and care for them.

Their rep came out and showed us what blinds they had to offer. We picked some out for a bay window. They had them shipped to my residence and then I installed them. They look really nice. Their service was just fine. The way they come out to your home and brought all of their offerings was helpful. The salesperson was very nice.

They were excellent. The first guy was a little newer to the field, but they made arrangements for another guy to finish it up. They did really great. In my case, they needed someone else who was more experienced since they confronted some unusual situations.
