AERUS ELECTROLUX

The salesman was quite pushy & a bit demeaning. Machine while pricey is pretty good, not the same sturdy quality of ones I've purchased 2 decades ago but lighter & easier to carry. The repairs were costly but worth it had the body not suddenly fallen apart right after I got it back. Very strange, it was fine when sent out and their claim was "oh well, needs to be repaired again at a further cost" Over all I love Electolux canister vascular for ease and great suction as long as the bags are frequently changed. One more point that was disappointing is that the blower on the new machine is terrible. No umph! Older models great in that dept .

The technician at this establishment is excellent. We have gone there before for repairs and have always been pleased. They get the job done and in an efficient manner. I recommend them to anyone with an Electrolux that needs repair.

The new Electrolux is a big step down from the Renaissance. The re-engineered machine is cheaper and this less robust. Many of the features have been deleted. When side by side, one easily recognizes how Electrolux changed their machine: the hand wand doesn't have the functions the older version did, the hose is made weaker, the canister is plastic, the wheels lass robust. In the end, we had our oler model repaired. It's unfortunate that such a product made by Electrolux doesn't have the innovation and high quality that they once were known to have.
