They arrived ten minutes early, were very professional and knowledgeable. They got right to work and did not stop until it was complete. They even worked outside in heavy rain. They answered all of our questions and were very helpful, ensuring we understood. We plan on using them again in the near future.

The provider set up a time to come to my home to give an estimate and he never showed or called to say that he couldn't come. I'm very disappointed.

We needed work done right away, came with an estimate Tuesday, was in the area and squeezed us in that day! Pulled permit did everything work was excellent. Town approved everything! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Chris knows his trade and worked efficiently completing the job in a morning. Before he left, he showed me how to start the generator then guided me through the steps of shutting off the leads to the outside pole. He was helpful and courteous.

They did a great job. They were cooperative and flexible, and they found good solutions. They were very interested in doing the work in the manner that I wanted and they seemed to sincerely want me to be happy with their work. Simply put, they did high-quality work, they were responsive and cooperative, and the price was fair. I will happily use them again. I also referred someone, and that person was also very pleased with their work. He said the same thing: they were responsive, pleasant, and knew what they were doing. When it comes to electricity, you can't take risks. These guys were great.

This is the second time I've hired AA Electrical. As always, I found the guys to be professional, punctual, neat and a pleasure to work with. I will be calling them again for some additional electrical work I'll need done once I get more established in my new home.

AA was very professional. He arrived on time, was very neat and efficient.

He is punctual, friendly and reliable. Came on short notice to do the job, as he had to co-inside with the other contractors doing our siding job. We have also used him in the past for inside electrical work, with the same good results. Would hire him again, definetly.

I contacted AA Electrical after I found out that my home improvement contractor had falsely stated that he was a licensed electrician. AA came in quickly and assessed the contractor's work and immediately identified a variety of problems with the wiring work that had been performed, some of which were safety issues . They fixed everything and their work passed inspection by the town code enforcer. Their pricing is not cheap. But I think you get what you pay for and considering the good work they did at my home, they were well worth it.

I called on AA Electrical Service to come to my home to see why my lights were not working. They did get the problem solved but I believe they overcharged me. They were prompt and professional but I was not pleased with them at all and I will not use them again.

Very well. Chris and Chris were on time. They answered all my questions and offered relevant suggestions for additional work I was contemplating. They cleaned up after themselves and generally were as unobtrusive as possible. I have two or three other electrical jobs for which I'll be calling AA Electrical again.

They were excellent. I was in a really bad situation where my power was going on and off and I needed somebody out that day because I was having a problem with it. I researched it and pricewise they were definitely more reasonable than other places. This company came out to help me the same day I called. Other places were trying to put me into afterhours charges but this company did not and it was great. They are very good and I will use them again in the future.

I didn't comparison shop. I just got it done because they were available and they could do the work. They were fine. I would use them again in the future.
