He is a horrible human and horrible work. After refreshing our tub, it started peeling and chipping and refused to fix it, even after admitting he missed a few steps and did not do it correctly. We are taking him to court, and he has stopped responding to us. He is a horrible horrible human. Do not get into business with him!

I purchased a New tub liner and they intalled it. - they broke the ceramic tiles on the floor and walls around the tub and refused to fix them. They said instead I had to get a new floor and new walls and wanted me to spend $4-5 K more to get it done. They had me snake the plumbing in the tub for an additional $150 before they would start work, but then later broke that same pipe and I had to replace it that evening for an additional $450. They left a trail of white shavings all over the house and all over the garage where they did the cutting, oh and banana peels in my driveway. It took a long time to clean up all the shavings they left. I think they are supposed to put a dropcloth or something when they do that type of work but then did not and did not clean it either. It was supposed to take a few hours but took 2 days with replacing the pipe they broke and everything , and it took me a while to clean up the mess. I later was able to get another company "tile doctor" to come and fix the ceramic tiles they broke and would not fix and tile doctor and also add some backing to the walls for about $300, rather than get new floors and new walls that i could not afford. If I had that kind of money I would have gutted the bathroom and put in a new tub etc...

I’m not happy. He left a big and a lot of mess.  I’m frustrated with the whole deal. He doesn’t cleanup after anything. He is like a bull in a China shop.  We had a hurricane and we lost a week ,but he took four plus weeks to do the work. It is such a mess. He doesn’t clean the mess. I’m very disappointed with him. His price was OK and he promised the world, that’s I went with him. He just worked for two hours a day and went away. He said that the work will take a week and it took four weeks. I wouldn’t recommend him. They just tromped  through my house with no regard for my floors or walls in any room even when it was raining and muddy. I had more work to do myself when he was finished than I had before he started.  I had to sand the bathroom and hall walls before I could paint them.  I’m not happy. I would never use him in the future.

Went well but it took longer than I thought it should and was a little messy. However they cleaned up each night. and he ran into problems that neither he nor I anticipated in the repair portion prior to laying the new floor. He has offered to come back and do a couple of non ceramic repair jobs discovered when he re-seated the toilet.

From quote to installation the project went very smoothly. No problems at all.
