cable broke, I thought they restrung wrong and the friction caused the failure. I could be wrong. Either way I called and they sent someone out that afternoon. Again they arrived promptly, were professional and charged next to nothing. Could have been their fault in original work or just natural failure of cables. Either way they were responsive and were willing to take a hit to satisfy a customer. What more could you ask for. I would recommend them to friends and would use them again.
