Took him less than half hour to finish the job and had the part on the truck charged 300.00 no detailed invoice just gave us the price out of the blue said it was around 300 if he had to rebuikd the shut off valve however just replaced he was polite but i hace talked to plumber and said the prise was too high we hired a electrian who spend more than a hour working and it was just 175 i think he just too advange of a situation because we were selling the house

Phil got back to me within minutes of my message to him through Angie’s List. Described my problem, we agreed on a price. He was there within 30 minutes. Phil is very friendly. Handled my issue very fast and courteous. I was very happy. Would use him again.

After a bit of phone tag, Phil was able to come out the very next day. Showed up right at the scheduled time and was able to complete the job quickly and efficiently. He fully explained how the new system and bypass worked, as well as the process to change the filter. Our water pressure was noticeably better immediately and the relocated filter is much easier to access and change. Would definitely call him again for any other related needs.

All he kept saying was this job was going to cost you, we said we'd pay, my husband even said cash, Phil said "how much do you have", I said we have enough while my husband said how he just went to the ATM, $500 he took out before we got home to find this mess, water running down into our garage. After Phil heard that, he stopped the leak and said OK, I am done, it's $500, no receipt did he give us, I gave him a piece of paper and he scribbled his name and $500 on it.

Phil is a master at his craft. He gave me a quote before starting the work and that was the price I paid. He did a great job and left the area clean. I have used Phil at Plumbers Plus a few times now and always get great service. He was always on time and explained the job he was going to do in terms that us novices can understand. I had a new sink installed and the pipes underneath didn't line up like before so Phil came in and fixed it for me. I even had a question later that day and he called me back right away even though it was after business hours. I was very satisfied with the job Phil did. I would use him and highly recommend him for use in the future.

I have used Plumbers Plus for 20 years and I have never had a complaint. I call for a service and leave a key for the plumber and they come as soon as they can schedule someone. I don't have to be home and I never worry about giving them access to my basement.

Very well he was out in less than a half an hour. My only complaint was what he charged me for the work. $275 dollars was a lot for a valve and a toilet handle and 1/2 hour of work.

Phil responded to phone message quickly and a scheduled date was set. Phil was very professional and considerate and the problem was fixed within an hour. Would most definately use Phil again. Have already put him in my phone log.

The hose line was replaced.
The frozen valve was replaced that fed the hose line to the refrigerator with a higher quality valve.
The faucet fixture was also replaced. The sediment filter was replaced.
All of this work was done in a timely and professional manner. Phil has a truck filled with parts for any job.
Phil has a pleasant manner about him. He also will take the time to explain everything that he needs to do to fix the problem, He answers all your questions so that you completely understand what he is doing.

PHIL ARRIVED AND STARTED REPAIR VERY ACCOMADATING AND HONEST, GAVE A FAIR PRICE AND PERFORMED THE WORK AND COMPLETED IT WITH SPEED AND PROFESSIONALISM. I WOULD CALL PLUMBERS PLUS FOR MORE WORK AS A MATTER OF FACT I PLAN ON CALLING HIM BACK TO REPAIR THE TUB DRAIN.

I called Plumber's Plus in the morning and left them a message. Phil called me back within ten minutes and gave me an approximate window of time when he would be at my house on the same day. He arrived during that window of time and worked very quickly. The issue I had called him for was a simple job; the "while you're here" job was much more involved, but he knew what he was doing and got that done quickly also. His prices are comparable. He is not cheap, but you get what you pay for; fast service by someone who knows what they're doing.
