MILLETTE PEST CONTROL

I've used other pest control companies in the past to spray for ticks and it was always a challenge, involving multiple phone calls and pleading, to get them to come out and do the work. I called Millette and spoke with Heather who was excellent. She understood exactly what I needed and scheduled a time for someone to come out to give me an estimate. Jeff showed up on time, was extremely thorough, and gave me a really good estimate. The only issue I had was after I agreed to the estimate. I waited two days but didn't hear from them and when I called I was initially told that my paperwork wasn't handed in yet. I was put on hold and then spoke again with Heather who apologized, said I was in the system, and gave me a time when they would come out to do the spraying. Their guy was great. Called before he came out, showed up on time, did the work, and helped me out with a couple other issues. I would highly recommend this company and I plan on using them again.

They come and spray for carpenter ants around the outside of our home and it seems to work very well. We will continue to use this company in the future for our pest control.

I had a serious ant problem for the third year in a row in my condo. I had called a few places, and Millette was local and one of the less expensive options. It was also pet-safe. They were prompt, and the two technicians were awesome. They told me all about what to look for, and what I would see in the days after treatment, so that I didn't have to worry. Their advice was right on, and my problem was cleared up, without having to call them again. I even tried to tip them for helping me with the disgusting problem, and they wouldn't accept it. I would definitely use them again.
