Eri and workers did a large concrete job and recommended by Hot Tub Discounts. The work was extremely extremely sloppy. The cement base is uneven in many places. The walls they created are noticeably crooked. Left many foot and hose marks in concrete all over the area. Splashed concrete on the side of house, windows and walls. They threw mercuric acid on the mistakes and stained the concrete yellow. Have lots of pictures. The cement cracked within a few days in several places. They told me cement cracks. The stair repair with stone was extremely sloppy with grout smeared on the bluestone. The edges of the patio and stairs are so sloppy and looks like dripped wax. They didn't fix the errors and said we approved the finish ( footmarks and all). We had to hire someone else to fix this mess and paid out more money. The new company said the concrete is soft and needed to reinforce by expansion joints up against the house. Two other companies who looked at the job said this work is unprofessional, unacceptable and we got ripped off. Don't hire this company unless you want problems.

The project was completed between Oct to Nov 2020 time frame. Initially for few weeks looked good but then there were issues such as loose stones in wall or stone falling from wall. In less than 1 year patio pavers has settled at multiple sites. Called Eri to fix these issues. Came home in Aug 2021 after multiple requests and fixed only some of the issues and told us he cannot see other issues inspite of clear unevenness in the surface visible to bare eye. If you hire him for his price, always take written warranty of his work and NEVER pay him cash to save your project costs. Paying cash will risk your total investment in patio.
