I was in a panic my laptop died I had so many pictures.  I found www.the-pc-paramedics.com online and sent a support request thru their site.  I received a call within 5 minutes. I spoke with Joe the owner, he arranged to pickup my laptop that day.  Joe arrived at the scheduled time.  He got back to me that evening with the good news that he would be able to recover all my data and that there was over 150 GB of data mostly pictures. He quoted me a price of $200 for the job which included pick up/delivery, initial diagnostic fee, and data recovery to a external drive which I provided.  This was half the cost of another quote I had received. When Joe brought the laptop and drive back to me we had a conversation about some different things I was thinking of such as a replacement laptop and different onilne backup services. Later that evening I received a email from Joe with his recommendations for a replacement laptop and a online backup service that would best fit my needs.  That is what I call service with a capital S.
