The estate sale went wonderfully and he let us know about it right away. It then took another couple of weeks for him to clear out most of the stuff even though he told us it would be done promptly. We finally received a check from him about a month after the sale but never received an accounting with the check. We requested this continually both by email and in person, and he promised to send it immediately. We finally sent him an email announcing our intention to take action unless we received the accounting. He emailed it pretty quick but without any sort of apology. This was not received until 2 1/2 months after the sale and left something to be desired in the details.
