I have been using Rich's heating for more than ten years.  Rich installed our boiler and did a wonderful job.  The quality of work is second to none.  Once my installation was complete we felt compelled to go down to our basement and wipe the unit down each week to keep it clean and new because of how nice it looked. Rich painted the pipes black and wiped the copper lines down with steal wool.  It really looked like a piece of art in our basement and we were so pleased with the pride Rich took in his install.  This past month one of the electrical parts failed and we had to call Rich out to take care of it.  When we  called it was the middle of the night and Rich said he would come right out, but we told him the next day would be fine.  Rich decided to help us over the phone to get the unit to run through the night and save us the after hours service call fee.  He came out the next day on time (as usual) and had the unit up and running within the hour.  The cost was reasonable since the part was very expensive and as always he left my basement clean and the boiler running perfectly.  We can't say enough about Rich's heating, Rich always treats us like family and we could not imagine anyone  else taking care of us the way he does.  We highly recommend using Rich's Heating.
