The roof was completed on the weekend. Was this to avoid getting a permit? He never did get the work permit in spite of my calling him and he said he would go right down to get it. The roof leaked in one placeimmediatly. I repeatedly called Carlos back and he made many excuses but made no effort to fix the leak. I finally gave up on him. Now I am stuck with a leak that cannot be fixed by any other roofer without the entire roof being redone.

It leaks. I called him back a number of times and he had a lot of excuses why it was not his fault. He never fixed it and I finally gave up. He also told me that he pulled the permit but I got a letter from the town to stop work. When I called him he said he was going to get the permit. Today I find out he never did get it. I told him I was not happy with the work but it didn't seem to matter.

They did excellent work.  He told me how long he would take to do the job and did it in that amount of time.  They were punctual.  They went around with a magnet.  They did a great job of cleaning up.
