I had gone online to pay my bill, and when I clicked on and quot;Submitand quot;, it doubled the amount, and would not allow me to cancel the transaction. I immediately called their customer service department, and was directed to call my bank and put a stop payment on the amount. I did that, and now MetroCast is trying to charge me extra for it.
My husband and I have had nothing but problems with their customer service department. We have canceled our service with them, and replaced the service. We've already noticed a huge difference in the quality of the TV picture, and the speed of our internet! Not to mention, our monthly bill has dropped by over $100.
