EXCEL HOME INSPECTION, LLC

Debbie Odem was absolutely amazing!!!!!! We had a scheduled inspection for Wednesday August 30th 2017 @ 9:00 am. Debbie was on location ten minutes to nine and ready to go to work. Debbie was very pleasant and knowledgeable and dug right in inspecting every nook and cranny of the mobile home and when she was finished there was not one stone that was left unturned. One of the many things we admired was that Debbie treated us like family and explained everything that she was doing and why she was doing it. Her fee to do the inspection was very fair considering how thorough she is. Two days later as Debbie said, We had a complete report including photos sent to our e-mail. Debbie was extremely professional and a joy to work with. I would absolutely 100% recommend Debbie Odem to anyone looking for an honest and thorough home inspection. We contacted Excel Home Inspections in CT to have them inspect a potential beach home for us....we spoke with Debbie Odom and she was very kind, knowledgeable and accommodating.  We set up an appointment for the inspection and Debbie was punctual and ready to begin her 3 hour inspection.  She was thorough, experienced and offering advice throughout the entire inspection.  We were extremely pleased and satisfied with the high level of work that Debbie did.  We received a binder with a copy of her notes and within 24 hours we received a fully typed summary of the inspection.  We highly recommend Debbie Odom and Excel Home Inspection in Waterford, CT. 

Frank was punctual. When he arrived he spent a few minutes explaining what he was going to do and then he got to work. As he moved along he would call me over to show things that he was finding. His estimate was exactly what it cost and although the pest inspection was separate, he had figured that rate into his costing so there was no hidden fees. he explained that the water test would take a few days and he would email the results. He was helpful with suggestions related to issues found. I would definitely use him again.

I needed a inspection to determine if i wanted to sell my home or fix it up. The owner, Frank, answered his own phone. All my questions and informed me of things i did not even think of. He never stumbled on any of my questions and gave me a great back ground of his expertise. He has flipped houses, worked as a engineer and said he is code certified, so I am definitely getting my monies worth. He had me by his side during the inspection and taught me how to take care of my house or a daily and yearly basis.I wish i had him inspect my house after I had it built to make sure what i paid for was what i contracted.I would hire him again and never will buy or build a house without hiring an home inspector.
