They are a small company with a good work ethic.  The owner (David Dahlman) provided me with a written quote of exactly what would be done and the installer (John) did exactly what they said they would do.  When the installer (John) got the flu two days before my installation I was called and notified immediately that there would be a delay due to the previous job being delayed.  I was called several times to verify when the work would be done.  John showed up exactly when he said he would, did a very professional job and cleaned up when done.  The owner came by half way through to make sure that I was satisfied with the work being done.  I was very pleased with the end product.  My only negative would be the fact that they will only install, and guarantee, tiles that they provide.  I found their selection limited but I was able to find something very close to what I was looking for.
