Always support local businesses. Call back was the very next day. Much communication regarding what would be done and when. The work crew were so respectful and took great care of the house wrapping the entire structure in protective netting. Hard working men. Clean up was very impressive. They actually left the ground better than they found it. I would certainly recommend Brennan Roofing 100%.
Description of Work: Removed one layer of shingles , underpayment and drip edge. Replaced the house and garage age roof with shingles of my choice.

This was an especially problematic job because the Brennan crew had to restart a job which had been abandoned by another contractor. From initial assessment with a special drone to careful analysis of the work needed and work which needed to be redone left by the other contractor, Pat and Jeff and the crew showed up, got to it, and repaired all the damage on that area of the house roof, including the chimney. I am immensely impressed with the work done and the professionalism of the crew!
Description of Work: Repaired storm damaged roof after repairs were started and left undone by another contractor resulting in additional damage. They fixed that whole part of the roof beautifully.

I had a great experience with Brennan Contracting. Patrick and his team went above and beyond to replace the roofs on my house and garage, including the decking, all in one day. Patrick is very professional and knowledgeable. He responded quickly when we originally called and he kept us in the loop of the whole process. He gave us our options and suggestions.
