Very well. Thorough from start to finish. The technician let me see how really dirty the stairways were as he was cleaning them. It took about 1 1/2 hours start to finish, quicker than I thought considering the large space in the basement.

I always call Blackburn with my carpet cleaning between tenants, they arrive on time, call 30 minutes prior to coming to your not hanging around all day.  The quality is guaranteed, I have had most work 99% perfect on first day, once came back to retreat a spot.  They did not have to come back this time.  Always pleased and I will be using them again this month for another rental unit.

Initial call gave quote, Ray and Isak were on time, Ray fully explained everything, courteous, professional - truly a great cleaning job on badly soiled stair carpet - They vaccum first, clean, protect and wipe up floors boards. Definitely will have them come on a regular basis.

I have a beautiful new 16 by 20 rug for less than $200.
This is the second time I used this company. They are wonderful to do business with. You save money if you can deliver the rug yourself, they took it out of the car for me at the store.

Great service from first call to the work performed, I gave them the an estimated room sizes over the phone cause i did not measure the rooms before hand, and they gave me a quote of 280.00. the technician measured the rooms on the day of the work and gave me a cheaper price. good business. I would not have none the difference. 
the carpets came out nice, the technician even helped move furniture around.
