We originally booked it in Waterbury but the truck could be at any facility within about 25 miles. We ended up picking up the truck in another location. We loaded the truck ourselves, drove it down here, unloaded the truck and then dropped the truck off at a U-Haul down here. The service was excellent. We had no problems with the truck. When we picked it up the agent was very helpful. Everything was surprisingly good. It was convenient to book. The truck ran fine and it was comfortable to drive. It was pretty easy to drive. Everything came out very well. They had the best price because we priced around. When we dropped the truck off I actually had to wait quite a while because there was only one person in the office and there were people before us. I was probably waiting about a half-hour just to check it out.
