They was fine. They were very good. They did what I needed them to do. They helped me pick out tires. The price was right. They put tires on my car and I didn't have a problem.

It worked out fine. They put on a Sears shirt on, so they may be Sears employees. It didn't cost me anything, because I bought a service contract in advance.

The sales staff was competent and helpful, hence the positive portion of my rating. The product was rated highly by Consumer Reports and Sears offered a good discount. However, the subsequent delivery experience has been a disaster. Delivery was initially scheduled for 8/14 though we told them we would have to modify that to coincide with a kitchen installation. I phoned and rescheduled delivery for 8/30. I heard nothing further and waited all day for the delivery. When I phoned, they said it was scheduled for 9/30 and apologized. We rescheduled for 9/6. Again, we heard nothing. Moreover, their automated phone system had no record of our purchase and the online system only indicated we had made a purchase. When I finally reached a human they first said it was scheduled for 9/30. When I reminded her of the previous error she located the order but now said that the refrigerator was not at the warehouse and could not explain why no one contacted me. She offered me a 10% discount on a future purchase which I declined and said the item would be delivered on 9/30 - several weeks after the kitchen is installed. I have no faith that such will be the case.
My next step will be to cancel my order and buy a refrigerator from Lowes.

Sears man that came out was very careful. He was very careful with my carpets. He had to put bleach in the water, because it had been standing over a week. There was no communication problem.

They did all right. I would use them in the future if the need arises.

I did it online because the store we went to didn’t have the model we wanted. It went very smoothly. We have bought other appliances from them and we have always been pleased. I had done research online and we thought it was the best price for the quality that we got. They did it quickly. It was right before a holiday and they got it to us in a timely fashion. They subcontracted for the installation.
