I thought Schmidt was over priced. Schmidt started out as a private individual who expanded his business. The people who came to work for him were not as proficient as he was. Their work wasn't that good, and definitely not as good as the owner. The reason I stopped using Schmidt was because one of the newer employees installed a thermostat on my hot water heater. The thermostat never came on, so the owner came back, and saw that the thermostat had been installed upside down! When I got the bill, I was charged for 2 visits! I questioned the bill, and never heard back from anybody. Three years later, I got another bill for the job! Most of these guys are skilled workers, and not business men. They don't know how to handle problems. I will not use Schmidt again.

He is not punctual. He does good job. I have one complaint, just to get him to bill me; sometimes he does work and then he sends me a bill nine months later, I forget all about it. He does good work. He is not the most punctual guy, he sort of works at his own schedule.

WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS SINCE THEY WERE HERE, AND EVERYTHING HAS WORKED FINE EVER SINCE THEY GOT DONE WITH THE JOB. THEY EVEN DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING UP AFTERWARDS.
