The first day they came to prime the walls and ceiling. Robert and his brother came with a bucket of paint, rollers, and paint trays. They spent 4 hours applying the primer on the entire house. You might think that they are fast because of their experience, but no. The job was sloppy, drips, roller tracks, missed spots, and specks of harden roller nap / dirt. I told them I was not happy and did not want a rush sloppy job. He then assured me that he would do everything to make it right.
It didn't get any better. They came back and painted the trim, doors, and walls. The edging was so uneven it look like someone painting for the first time. He then started to have excuses on why the job was not coming out well. He blamed the humidity in the house and anything else he could think of not to do the job correctly. He even wanted to paint the trim edge the same color as the walls. He then brought edging pads which I've never seen a professional painter ever use. The brushes he was using to edge were cheap and not even angled! This paint job was the worst I have ever seen!
I had to repaint the entire house over again but the first paint job ruined the walls forever unless I sand down all the drips and specks. I can't believe they are professional painters. If you want a professional paint job look else where!
They want to get in and out of the house as fast as possible not caring about the quality and having no pride in their workmanship.
Do not let this company in your home! I can't believe I paid for the service I received.
