Paul promised to seal my patio. Then once I paid him he refused to seal it. He also poured a tremendous amount of extra cement in my woods over designated wetlands and refused to remove it.

"In our defense. 1.) We do not seal broom finish patios. So no promises were made to seal patio. 2.) Yes, there was concrete left over with wash out. In which we were not aware it was wet lands.. also, the amount of concrete was almost a wheel barrow full. Which as been removed."

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. I reached out to Paul a few weeks ago regarding a project that I wanted to have done before the winter. He responded immediately with a day and time that he could come and give me an estimate. After looking at the job he gave me a very fair price and came the following Monday and completed the job in full in the exact time frame he told me he would. Paul and his crew were very meticulous and professional. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for high quality professional work at affordable pricing. I am glad to see there are still companies out there that take pride in their work like Paul does. Thank you and look forward to doing business in the future!!!

I would highly recommend Paul P Cotter Company. Very professional answered all our questions without hesitation. Very knowledgeable. Our project was very large, having a stamped patio of 25 x 28 and a pad for our camper 20 x 50. Paul and his crew where more than capable completing our job in a timely fashion.

Although we did not have a set time, the guys showed up in the morning and they completed the job that I needed with haste. All five of the guys who showed up to do work introduce themselves by name and shook my hand. Very professional, and their work was top notch. I will definitely hire these guys again in the future for other jobs

There are plenty of contractors in the landscape trades but Paul Cotter Co is, in my experience, a 1 in 10,000 company. Paul was fair, promoted ease of doing business and reoriented his crews schedule to accommodate my personal requests. He's got a lifetime client with me.
