They were excellent.

Kitchen Cabinet outlet has stores in both Southington and Waterbury CT. I had the misfortune of dealing with the store in Southington. I had special ordered some cabinetry in early March. The salesman had indicated it would probably be in early April perhaps a week or two later. I was really hesitant to order something with such a lengthy lead time. I had to put down a 50% deposit. That was my first mistake. On April 28th, 53 days after my order, I still had not heard from Kitchen Cabinet Outlet regarding my order. I attempted to cancel the order and was told that I could not. KCC finally contacted me on April 30th to let me know the order had finally arrived. My advice to anyone dealing with this company with any special order is to absolutely get a ?delivery no later than date? in writing. In addition, make sure that you can cancel the order after that date or obtain some kind of discount off the price. Also, there published telephone numbers and contact numbers on their business cards go to a voice mail system. You cannot directly call them. I had to email the salesperson to obtain info and eventually was able to call them directly. Good luck if you don?t do email. Now I am sure their response to this is going to be that ?this sometimes happens? or make up some other excuse, etc. The bottom line is this, when special ordering anything from Kitchen Cabinet Outlet obtain a ?deliver no later than date? and order to cancelled after such time. If they will not agree to such a condition, which I am sure they won?t, turn around and make your cabinetry purchase elsewhere. Better yet I would not even make any purchase from then. My opinion of this company is that these Shenanigans are a regular occurence. As of this writing I still have not had my items delivered or installed.

THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID, BUT THEY ARGUED WITH ME ABOUT WHAT I WANTED IN THE KITCHEN. THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALRIGHT. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, SO I AM SATISFIED.
