HOME DEPOT

This is my favorite Home Depot store.  There are always people available when I have questions or need help.  I have found them to be extremely courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.

The installers arrived within the scheduled time frame. We paid extra to have them move furniture prior to installation and they moved everything without damaging the furniture or walls. The two installers were very professional and very efficient at their job. They didn't take any breaks and were completely done in about 3 hours. My husband and I were amazed at the great job they did. The carpet looked beautiful and we've never had a problem with it since it was installed. This is the 2nd time we've used Home Depot for carpet installation (the 1st time was in our Condo) and we would recommend them.

My experience with Home Depot was fine. The last thing they came and did in here was install carpeting. We went and got a bunch of windows because we enclosed a porch we had. Home Depot have a lot of sub-contractors so it is kind of like the luck of the draw when you have them come in. We've had good luck with the contractors that we've gotten. Their prices are reasonable. Obviously the more you buy the better the price. They call you when they're on their way to your home.

It began with a wish list we made with the kitchen designer. She then took that list and and quot;madeand quot; a kitchen that was functional and attractive. She worked hard to give us exactly what we wanted at the price point we set in the beginning. She is very talented and helpful. The cabinet maker (American Woodmark) kept in close contact with us via email and phone calls. They answered any questions we had. The Silestone people kept all their promises to deliver a great product that looks lovely. The cabinet installer/carpenter was a one-man, hard-working person. His knowledge and tendency toward perfection made it easy to deal with the disruption of not having a working kitchen for a few days. He was professional throughout the process.

The design process went relatively smoothly, but I found problems when the cabinets were being installed. The designer showed me schematics and 3-D renderings of how the kitchen would look, which I approved. During installation, however, I realized that the space was being underutilized. For instance, the corner cabinet stops a foot short of reaching the back wall. It's not noticeable with the countertop in place, but in a small kitchen, that's a lot of wasted cabinet space. I also had a problem when my island countertop was installed; the designer didn't take into account a utility cabinet I had and the installer had to cut the countertop and fit it in around the cabinet. It worked, but it wasn't what I initially wanted or expected from the design. I then had to work with Home Depot several times because they sent me the wrong size/color countertop, then forgot the backsplash, then forgot 1 more piece of backsplash.

This was a pretty good experience. I was happy with the price of the water heater, delivery and installation. I wasn't so thrilled about their follow-up helping me to schedule the delivery and installation. They are friendly though and I would probably go to them again if I needed such a service again.

I tried several times to contact someone at Home Depot to help me with the roof repairs. No one would call me or even come out to look at my house. I know that Home Depot contracts this kind of work out, but with it being a big name company like this I really thought that I would get better service and better contractors.

THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB. THEY WERE LATE SHOWING UP, BUT IT WAS JUSTIFIED THROUGH THE EFFICIENCY OF THE SERVICE. THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT WAS EXCELLENT.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON MY CABINETS IN MY KITCHEN. THEY WERE ALSO VERY FRIENDLY WHILE WORKING. THEY USED GRADE A MATERIAL AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

IT ONLY TOOK THEM TWO HOURS TO COMPLETE THIS WONDERFUL JOB. I AM SATISFIED WITH THE WAY OUR NEW GARAGE DOOR WORKS. I DO HAVE A MANUAL GARAGE DOOR AND I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT SINCE I HAD THEM INSTALL IT.

THE COMPANY WAS UNRESPONSIVE TO OUR QUESTIONS. THEY WERE NOT THAT PROFESSIONAL BECAUSE THEY WERE LATE FOR THE APPOINTMENT AND WHEN THEY DID SHOW UP THE MEASUREMENTS WERE WRONG. THEY DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT MY BUSINESS WITH THEM ANYMORE.

THE INSTALLERS WERE WELL TRAINED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY WERE THOROUGH IN THE EXECUTION OF THEIR SERVICES. THE FLOORING LOOKS GREAT AND THE QUALITY IS ABSOLUTELY RAVING.

IT RAINED LIKE CATS AND DOGS THE WEEKEND AFTER IT FINISHED AND THERE WAS NO LEAK TO BE FOUND. THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF MAKING SURE EVERYTHING WENT WELL AND THEY MADE IT LOOK NICE IN THE PROCESS.

THE COMPANY CALLED BEFORE COMING OUT THEY WERE PROMPT AND INFORMATIVE. THEY LAID CARPET IN FOUR ROOMS IN MY HOME. THEY DID A GREAT JOB I COULDN'T HAVE CHOOSE A BETTER COMPANY.

THEY CAME AND INSTALLED NEW CARPET IN MY HOUSE, THEY DID EVERY ROOM EXCEPT MY BATHROOM. THEY DID SUCH A GOOD JOB. IF I EVER NEED CARPET LAID AGAIN ILL GO TO THEM.

THEY DID A QUALITY JOB OF PUTTING THE NEW ON MY HOME. THEY MADE SURE THAT THERE WERE NO LEAKS AND THEY DID IT IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

THIS COMPANY TOOK CARE OF ALL THE WORK INVOLVED FROM START TO FINISH. THE ONLY THING I HAD TO WORRY ABOUT STAYING IN MY BUDGET AND DECIDING EXACTLY WHAT TYPE OF DOORS I WANTED. THEY MADE IT A VERY STRESS FREE EXPERIENCE.
