Hired for a deep cleaning. Paid $600 to clean 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms and the rest of the house. Got 8.75 man hours total (I have it all on camera) and a crap job. Couldn't tell house was cleaned. When questioned, Erika screamed at both my mother and I yet claimed we were unprofessional when trying to rectify the situation. Horrible way to conduct business. Will never recommend, as I am disappointed in not only the cleaning but how she treats customers that she blatantly overcharged in return for poor quality. Shame on her.

Erika came to my rescue when I needed a deep cleaning done of my handicapped brother’s apartment. She took everything out of cupboards and cabinets and thoroughly cleaned. She moved all the furniture and the fridge to get to every corner. She had me buy a bunch of small and medium baskets and organized everything before putting items back in cupboards and closets making it easier for my brother to find food, spices and his medical supplies. She took extra time explaining and showing him where everything was placed. She even helped him sort thru clothes and separated out what needed to be laundered. Erika did a great job deep cleaning but she is also extraordinarily kind, caring and patient. She will now clean my brother’s apartment every week. I feel an enormous weight has been lifted knowing she will be there keeping his apartment clean and organized and letting me know if anything is needed. I would highly recommend Erika to anyone looking for a house cleaning service. You will get your home thoroughly cleaned by someone who genuinely cares about the service she is providing.

Erika did a great job cleaning my whole house. My bathrooms and kitchen have never been cleaner. She was considerate of the products she used areas where my toddler frequents, as well as getting all the tiny fingerprints she leaves behind.

She was excellent! Wonderfully excellent and knew exactly how to handle what I needed- would recommend to anyone who needs a reliably skilled house cleaner and organizer.
