The railing was installed in a timely fashion and looked fantastic. A rust problem arose and he responded immediately. Explained the problem as being related to the paint failing to adhere due to oil and he addressed it without any additional expense. Great job, backed his work and I would not hesitate to recommend or utilize his services in the future.

Duro was on time, very professional and did excellent work. We have used him two times and highly recommend him. I can only hope that this hard working immigrant doesn't get spoiled by the american system and begin acting like most other home service providers. He was a pleasure to work with!

Railings were fabricated exactly as we requested. The installation was neatly done and we are completely satisfied with the job. Benny is pleasant and professional. It is obvious that he takes pride in his work, which is rare today.

After replacing our home's front steps and platform, we needed new railings for the steps. The railings needed to be adjusted to accommodate the especially low risers of the steps (built for a family member who has trouble with stairs). Arben Duro offered us a wide selection of design options from which to choose. Then he did a very fine, and timley job of installing what we has asked for — they are handsome and have proven completely secure, without a hint of wiggle in them after almost two years. A year after the railings were installed we noticed they were showing scratches. Mr. Duro came to the house and repaired the railings to like-new condition for no charge, even though we determined that the damage to them had almost certainly been done by roofers tossing down old shingles while replacing the roof.
We were derelict in not writing this report this long ago. We are very grateful for Mr. Duro's fine work, fair price, and generous readiness to take care (without charge) of a problem that was not of his making. We will most certainly use him again for any metal or welding work.
