I was buying a property in the area and Tommy came out and inspected the roof for me free of charge He confirmed what I suspected all along, roofing that was not done by a pro. Tommy identified numerous trouble spots of concern. Because of this, he saved me 10k on a possible new roof. It was a real pleasure to work with someone as professional and friendly as Tommy. I will definitely use Diamond Roofing for all my roofing needs in the future and recommend them to my friends and family.

The work was so bad that we had to hire a roofing consultant to evaluate the work and force contractor to return to make corrections. they did not perform as they had agreed to do

However, you should be aware that since 2005 we revamped our entire Residential Division. Our current manager, Mark Febbriello joined us in 2005 and since that time he has hired a new on site Foreman, Bruce Conner and new installers. He has built up his business from being honest with customers, going above and beyond the job and his commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. He has an outstanding rapport with our customers, as well as Bruce. We stand behind our work 100% and will do what it takes to make sure each and every customer is satisfied. We provide customers with survey forms upon completion of their roof job and the feedback is overwhelming positive."

They installed a roof on a condo complex. The job so so bad that we were forced to bring in a roof inspection company. They had to come bad and make repairs, but they were shoddy.

VERY SATISFIED, CAME ON TIME. MARK CHECKED EVERYTHING OUT. SAID THE LEAK WAS COMING FROM MY AC. AND HE WAS RIGHT. DID A FEW REPAIRS ON THE ROOF.

Their pricing was reasonable and that is why we contracted with them. I think they gave us good advice and we live in a very old house that was built in 1690. It is very difficult sometimes for contractors of any sort to deal with our peculiar issues and they did a great job. They did some work on the chimney and on the roof.

Diamond promised to call back in less than a week with a scheduling date, probably on the weekend. Callback was received and work was scheduled for the following Saturday. The work crew showed up a quarter of an hour before the scheduled time and set to work immediately. The crew was polite, pleasant, respectful and completely professional, telling me as the work progressed what they were doing and telling me that the plywood had no water damage. The job was quickly completed and the work area cleaned up.

The crew said they would complete the job in 2 days and they did. They moved deck furniture, covered deck and bushes with tarps for protection. Cleanup was good.

We obtained the quote in June 2007 and due to some chimney work, did not get the roof put on until October 2007. Diamond came in lowest of 3 quotes at $7500 (highest $12,000, next $9500) so we checked with Angie's List for another referral. The salesperson, Mark, at Diamond also gave me a list of about 20 homes to look at for colors, along with a list of referrals to call. I had let Mark know I was an Angie's List member and that a previous member had complained about the cleanup, so there was no problem with the cleanup except for a small piece of roofing in our tree. I specifically told Mark I wanted them to clean up all nails, etc. They came in, did the work and left - at the same time, we were having a front walkway poured, and there were no problems. 2 things - I wish they had more color choices and some of the shingles don't look like they are flat, but like I said, no problems to date. Mark was easy to work with.

THE OVERALL JOB ENDED UP BEING VERY GOOD. THE COMPANY WAS VERY QUICK AND EFFICIENT. THEIR PRICES WERE ALSO VERY REASONABLE AS WE HAD SHOPPED AROUND AND RECEIVED A FEW DIFFERENT QUOTES. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS THAT THE CLEAN UP WAS A LITTLE MESSY.

THEY CAME IN AND DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. I THOUGHT THEIR WORK WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE VERY RELIABLE AND THEY NEVER MESSED AROUND. THEY WERE ALSO VERY FRIENDLY TOO.
