CARPET EXCELLENCE

When they put the carpet in my house seven years ago, it looked beautiful now it’s buckling up. It’s wavy. It’s all loose like they never tightened it enough. It looks absolutely terrible. I never thought after seven years or eight years that it would look like this. I I am very disappointed

We called for an estimate and the guy came as agreed and provided an estimate based on the measurements he took. He also  estimated the length of time for job completion. The morning of the day the work was to begin I called the company and confirmed the project start time. Within minutes Gary called back and informed me that Anselmo and George would arrive within 1/2 hour and they did. Anselmo and George were very polite, neat, and worked at a good pace. They protected my existing paint job and closed off my kitchen and other living quarters with a sheet of plastic as I requested in order to protect them from dust damage.
Anselmo answered my questions and was eager to start ripping up the carpet. Within a short amount of time, the old carpet and lining were removed. Then, they began to prep the floor by removing existing nails, etc. so they could sand. Day 1 they completed the sanding and one put one coat of sealant down. I was able to see the newly restored wood as well as the color of the wood I had chosen. I was very happy to see the "new" floors. Had I known they would look this good I would have removed the carpet years ago.
The next two days went as planned. There were no obstacles or glitches and every time I called to speak to someone they returned the call promptly with answers. Additionally, I was very pleased to deal with Carpet Excellence and when I'm ready to remove the carpet from my formal dining room I will give Carpet Excellence a call. I highly recommend their services to anyone in this area.
