The only problem I have is the hourly rate, but they are good though. You get what you pay for. I hate going there because I have to wait to work 2 more weeks to pay it off, but it's worth it. About last year, we had a problem with the front lights. I took it over to them and they put the fuse in there and it was okay. The next day, it went out again so I called them and they told me to take it over there and they replaced it and it was okay within an hour. They do not work on weekends, but I know they are there on Thursdays until about noon. The pricing is high. It's the only high around here but considering I get there and get out, and I don't have to fool around with the other people here. The dealers have been here since we have been here. They are here for about 35 years and they built a new building. The quality is good. Their professionalism is excellent.

Right before I had to take a long trip, my 4wd sensor went..my usual mechanic does not do computer stuff..so I went to Blasius. Being a dealer, it is a big busy operation, and you pay for the service...but they were able to get in this part the next day, and put me on my way. I wouldn't normally go here as it is further away and more expensive, but if my vehicle needed something that only a dealer could do, I would go here.

I did not have a very good experience with Blasius Chevrolet and Cadillac. I had a problem with the seat inside my truck. The material was starting to fray, to the point where it was almost wore through. I complained about it a few times. At one point, they told me General Motors filed for bankruptcy and they didn't know if they could get the seat fixed. That was ridiculous. I had to complain about four or five times to get them to send it out to some company to get it fixed. Instead of getting a new seat cover, they put a patch and some stuffing on the seat, which made it feel like I was sitting on a beach ball. The color didn't match the rest of the interior. I wasn't happy. I was so disgusted with the service.
