I have to say that they are a friendly, family company that is quite responsive. If I need heating oil quickly, they are always there to assist me. If I need an assessment of my oil usage for the season or the year, they have been quite helpful as well.
I must say that they normally have the lowest price for heating oil and are very good about attention to detail. For example, I have two properties that they deliver oil to and they do it promptly and efficiently. If I ask them to send a bill or ticket in the mail, I receive it within a day or two!
I think customer service is key and they have been very good.
Even with repairs or preventive maintenance, I have used them for a/c and heating needs. They offer a good price and arrive on time, exactly when they promise. If they are running late, they call me. I think this is ESSENTIAL in running a successful business.

I am a senior and I get a senior discount from them. As far as the service I get is fine. When I want oil, I have to call a day before I want it but if you call them to come after few hours, they charge you aside from the price of the oil. What they want is that when I order oil, they wanted at least to deliver a minimum of 100 gallons, so I call them a day before I want it, gives me the price, they come, do the delivery, and give them a check.

THEY HAVE CONSIDERABLE PRICES FOR THEIR SERVICE THAT I LIKE. THEY ALSO ARE VERY RELIABLE, AND WHEN YOU CALL, THEY COME OUT SOON AS POSSIBLE. I HAVE USED THEM MANY TIMES FOR MY SERVICES.
