After visiting many flooring places and being disappointed by the lack of interest shown by the salesperson in explaining, to me, carpet details, i.e., quality, density, price, etc., I googled flooring stores in my area hoping to come across one I might have missed. That's how I came across Willis & Co. From the moment I walked through the door and was greeted by Bryan, one of the owners, I knew I found the place I wanted to do business with and the more we talked the more certain I was that I made the right decision. I was comfortable and didn't hesitate to ask many questions, all of which Bryan patiently answered. He was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful in assisting me in my carpet selection and knew when to let me roam around on my own. I had no idea of what I wanted and ended up making several visits to the store. Each time I walked through the door I was greeted with a friendly smile by Bryan and/or Debbie, the other owner, who assisted me if Bryan wasn't available and took an interest in helping with my selection. They always insisted that I take carpet samples home to better determine which one would work.



Today (Friday) Bryan installed the carpet on the stairs. He was punctual and had the carpet installed in no time. He even vacuumed the area when he was finished.? I can't say enough about Bryan and Debbie, they are a great team to do business with. ?

Decision made to replace existing carpet which was the easy part. Visited several businesses and got lost in the array of styles, colors and patterns, not to mention the variety of padding. We agreed on berber carpeting however there are a few types of berber ....... we needed a professional to come to our home, assess our needs, return with a narrowed selection. Our home time is limited and often changes at any moment 's notice, which makes scheduling difficult.
In a passing conversation with some friends, we mentioned our carpet replacement, and they suggested we give"Willis and Co Floor Covering" ... a call.... We did, spoke with one of the owner, Bryan Hawley , explained our situation. Bryan was most accommodating with our schedules. After our first meeting with Bryan we were totally at ease, his knowledge and experience made our decisions on the type of berber we needed as well as color very easy. Their prices are very competitive which is also a plus!
Their installers, polite and friendly, arrived on time, maintained a professional work ethic throughout the removal and installation process. Completed as scheduled.
Overall EXCELLENT in every aspect. A company we highly recommend.
