They are always efficient, and on time. They get you in and out. They have a nice waiting room, and a place to get snacks. The lobby is very clean, and nice. The car is always clean when you get it back too. I have never had a problem with them!

The service is excellent from scheduling online to the friendly reception to the quality work. We buy our cars there and they offered free tire replacement for the life of our car. So this time when we went in we got 4 new tires for the price of a wheel alignment.

After our Prius wouldn't start, my husband researched the two local Toyota dealers to see who had better reviews. We settled on the Wallingford dealership, even though it was a bit out of the way. Despite not having an appt, we dropped off the car Monday morning and were told the work was complete that afternoon. As the car has almost 100k miles, we asked if they should also perform additional maintenance. But they advised us to go elsewhere for a spark plug cleaning, as it would cost more at their service center. I appreciate their honesty and would have no hesitation returning to the Waklingford Toyota for ncessary service in the future,
