Billy from Quality Overhead Doors fixed that problem. He also noticed something else wrong and fixed that too.

It couldn't have gone any better! Need quality and prompt service! Call this company. You won't be disappointed. Billy was knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and professional. It is truly a quality company like the name implies. They should be the first garage door company on your repair/replacement list. We certainly were NOT disappointed. We couldn't have been any more pleased with Billy's promptness and sincerity.

Price was good compared to other. Billy got a call and came in the next day to fix a broken spring on my garage door. I mentioned a squeaky hard to close on the other door and he made some adjustments and greasy the door and it is moving much better now (no charge for it). Overall he did a great job and I highly recommend his service.

He also took away every trace of the broken motor and old track, sensors, keypad, etc. And he made sure that I had his contact information in case I had any follow-up questions or problems with the new system. On the first visit, Billy was patient, very knowledgeable, and had various photos and samples to provide context in our choices. Through this process, Billy discovered that our door opening is non-standard but with a standard double-wide door - explains alot of the rubbing against the frame and other issues. Since our daughter's room is over the garage, we went with a custom sized Clopay with the thickest insulation/R-rating. I think this has even made a difference in the summer - seems to be about 10 deg cooler. The opener was a Liftmaster 8500W so that it would free up space in the ceiling. Overall, the outcome is an incredibly quiet, smooth operating, and more insulated door. I cannot stress how much quieter and smoother it is - from my daughter's room can barely notice the door opening now. Billy was patient and gave a tutorial to my wife, and his team was very thorough in clean up as well. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect.

We had a great experience from start to finish. I called on a Monday to schedule an appointment and had someone at my house the next day. My primary goal was to have our remote controls looked at because they had been working sporadically or not at all. They checked out the remotes and (go figure) the remotes worked just fine, but they took the time to test them out inside the garage, outside, and part-way down the driveway to make sure that the range and sensors were working properly. They also conducted an overall service and replaced the pulleys so the garage doors open much smoother and quieter now. Such a small thing really made a huge difference! They also helped me program the keypad that we have outside our garage so I can use that to open the garage doors. I would highly recommend Quality Overhead Door. They were timely, nice, professional, reasonably priced, and most importantly - helpful! This was money well-spent.

Billy was always quick to return calls and stopped by my home to evaluate the job. The installation went very well and I am very happy with the results.

Billy and his employee installed two new Clopay carriage style garage doors with two new Liftmaster garage door openers. They arrived on time the day of the installation, and installed both the doors and the openers perfectly. We couldn't be happier with the results! I would highly recommend Quality Overhead Door LLC.

Prompt response. Fair, understandable estimate. with different options. He suggested that our existing doors were well-built , with good R value and need not be replaced. Big saving. Showed up a few days later on time with new hardware I asked for. Two men took about four hours, working professionally and cleaned up afterwards.
