hardwood floor
 + -1 moreFirst, Marty forgot about our initial appointment and arrived an hour late. He makes a good sales pitch but does not follow through. As he was leaving he said he'd email us a formal proposal the next day. I waited a week before following up with him and he finally emailed the proposal. We responded accepting his proposal, gave him a few start dates to choose from and asked him for a couple of references. Marty refused to provide references and stopped responding.
Description of Work: After coming to review the job, Marty mailed us a a proposal for $2030 to install solid red oak hardwood flooring in a 240 sq. ft. family room.
