I like their convenient location.

They did an okay job, but I know other companies that do better. Their prices are also expensive as well.

I find the dog food we like to be pretty reasonable at Petco, even for what is considered a fancier brand. We had recently noticed our cat was licking off her fur in spots, and after seeing the vet who found nothing wrong and trying a few other things, we decided it might be diet related. We consulted one of the staff who suggested we try a food with little or no grain products, suggesting a more natural variety that wasn't too expensive. This has seemed to work and her hair is finally growing back.We've also purchased fish multiple times from this Petco. We have found the tanks to be pretty clean and well maintained for a big box store. All of the livestock we have purchased have been very affordable and flourished in our tanks.

They have good customer service.

Tina did a great job. She took extra time to familiarize the new puppy with the clippers, etc. Since it was his first hair cut. She showed great sensitivity with the older dog who is nervous after a few bad grooming experiences. To top it all off, the dogs look great! She took extra time with me to go over which kinds of brushes I should be using. It was obvious that the ones I had been using were not doing a good job. They were a little matted in spots.(seems like combs work better than brushes)
