Simply stated, Pattison Construction did not disappoint on any level. Run by a father-son team, they represent that which practices respect and embraces integrity and empathy both as people and as a solid business. In summary, I recently lost both my parents last year. As I prepare to sell the home they built over 55 years, it was discovered that it needed a new roof At our first meeting , Pattison Construction immediately responded and respected both the technical need with the obvious emotional sensitivity of the situation. Personally and professionally, the entire span of the project was treated with genuine respect . Pattison quickly earns thectrist of their customers through transparency in communications, a genuine ability to work with people on any project, and brilliant craftsmanship. They were handed keys to the house soon into the project as they became “family”. They have since been engaged to do additional work on my childhood home which I know will be executed flawlessly. My parents’ legacy will continue. Pattison Construction added value throughout the engagement through strategic planning and solid recommendations for improvements.
