Since 1997, OnCall Computers has been the local, go to place for computer sales and service in New Haven County. Our Hourly rate has not increased since 1998. We offer a 1 year warant on all purchased new parts and tech support over the phone is always free. We also have the capability to perform remote service via internet.

My son had a new computer that he could not boot, and had had the hard drive replaced once already. I called Steve at On Call because I had worked with On Call in the past when it was a storefront in Northford, and had had good service there. Currently, he does not have a storefront but still does computer repair. After Steve spoke to my son on the phone to try to assess the problem, my son dropped the computer off at his location in North Haven and the computer now boots properly.
