I purchased three 2-Hour Residential-Cleaning Sessions (a $300 value) for $178 via Groupon.  It took several months to receive a return phone call to schedule the first session.  Once it was scheduled, the service person came promptly on the assigned day, was friendly, courteous, professional, and worked hard.  She stayed longer than 2 hours, and did a very thorough job on the parts of the house she cleaned.  I was super-pleased with the work she did!  My guest bathroom may never have been so clean!  I provided her with the paper copy of my Groupon, and she told me to call the assigned phone number to schedule the future appointments.  After 10 calls over 6 months with no response, I gave up, and contacted Groupon, and asked for a refund for the remaining 2 unused sessions.  The service person was very nice, and did excellent work when she was there-- I wish I had been able to schedule all of the purchased sessions!  If the response via Groupon was overwhelming for the business, and they weren't going to be able to meet the demand, I wish they'd have at least been willing/able to call folks and let them know.
